Complaints

  1. As a seller, Street Supply is responsible to the Customer acting as a consumer (that is a natural person purchasing the goods for purposes unrelated to any professional or business activities) for non-conformity of the goods with the contract under the conditions established in the Act of 27 July 202 on specific conditions of consumer sales and on the amendment to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws, 2002, No. 141, item 1176 as amended).
  2. A notification of non-conformity of the goods may be submitted by the Customer in any form. A notification of non-conformity of the goods should include: a description of non- conformity, a notice on claim, and a proof  of the purchase agreement. If it is necessary for evaluation of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, they should be delivered to the following address: Street Supply Complaints - Omnipack FC3 Al.Katowicka 66 bud.   3. Any complaint will be considered by the Shop within 14 days.

In order to make a complaint, the parcel should contain:

  • a complaint form (a sample form can be found HERE)
  • a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  • the returned goods

Please do not put other things, like money, into the parcel!
